We bought our XTS in for an oil changed and updates. Great service as always, we had to leave our vehicle overnight, so we were offered a loaner {CTS} car. That too was a sweet ride, we were previous owners of a {2009} CTS. All and all, the service was great we recieved our XTS back by the promised time and date, we were also informed as to the updated changes in the CUE and how to operate certain things, such as how to reset the mirrors, seats and how to pair our cell phones. I took the car in for the annual state vehicle inspection, plus I needed the rear wiper changed both of which were done with no problem. However; since my previous appointment of a couple of weeks ago when I had my steering aligned the car has developed a "vibration" when it is stopped. I nor my wife have ever noticed this before and I asked them to check this out. The say they could not duplicate the vibration but as soon as I picked up the car I noticed it.
